These general terms and conditions apply to visiting and dining at Matscher Alm, operated by Genuss Kultur KG des Raffeiner Fabian, Trafoi 18, 39020 Stilfs (BZ).
Reservations can be made by phone or e-mail and are binding. Please cancel any reservations you no longer need as early as possible. For groups of 10 or more, we reserve the right to request a deposit or written confirmation.
We are not liable for loss of or damage to items brought along by guests unless we are at fault. Guests are responsible for any animals they bring.
Matscher Alm reserves the right to ask guests who violate the house rules or disturb other guests or staff to leave the premises.
Guests with food allergies or intolerances are kindly asked to inform our staff before ordering. We do our best to accommodate individual needs but cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens.
The prices shown on the food and drink menu apply, including statutory VAT. Accepted means of payment are displayed at the till.
Italian law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Bolzano (BZ), as far as legally permissible.
